Nora got a new car...

Nana and Papa spoil Nora so much, that being said, They got her a new car for their house! She loved "Driving" up and down the drive way and it has an insert for beneath the childs feet so that their feet aren't dragging and you can push them around the block no big deal! 

Who knew a little girl would be so happy with a car! This fall will be a lot of fun over there, thats for sure! 

Nora's first fair...

 Nora's first fair was the Ripley County fair... Let me start off with how incredibly hot it was and you will be able to tell by how red her face was in some of these pictures... we didn't stay very long because she is so little and it was so hot and very expensive.

We first went in to see the 4H animals...

Then She danced in the field with Nana while I waited in line for tickets ($1/ticket each ride is at least 2 tickets per person and she had to ride with someone, so yes... each ride was $4).... she Also got a lift from papa on the way to her first fair ride...

Her daddy took her on the carousel and she was very unsure at first but then she LOVED it! she was waving as she would pass by us and you could hear her laughing... she had so much fun!

And then the super big slide! She looked fine until they started going then she looked a bit scared but when it was all over she wanted to go again! She has no fears, thats for sure... its a pretty big slide for such a little girl!!

Aunt "B" showed up and at this point we were too hot to eat the over priced food but the $3 ice water from the tap tasted great! 

On our way out as we were telling Nana and papa bye, Papa had to buy her an ice cream cone... it was her first one and she loved sharing it with her favorite Papa! 

All in all it was a fun family outing but man was it HOT!

Happy 4th!

I always love 4th of July in my hometown... My dad and I always go to breakfast at the Milan Methodist church... This year Nora came too!!!

We then always get our chairs ready out front of my mom and dad's house to watch the parade... 

Nora really enjoyed it this year!

Nora Jane and Ellen Jane have been friends since me and Ellen's mommy were pregnant... They are always so sweet when we get them together... they share and hug and it really is a cute overload!!
